Every ingredient in this collection is chosen against three criteria: it is either bio-identical or structurally similar to a lipid your skin already produces; it is oxidatively stable, meaning it does not degrade on your skin the way polyunsaturated oils do; and it is used unrefined wherever possible, preserving the cofactors (tocopherols, carotenoids, phytosterols) that refinement removes.
