Are PrimalBasics products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Because we avoid synthetic irritants, detergents, and industrial seed oils, our products are well-tolerated by sensitive and reactive skin types. Every ingredient is chosen for biological compatibility. If you have a specific allergy, check the full ingredient list on each product page.

Where are PrimalBasics products made?

All PrimalBasics products are formulated and produced in Thailand using globally sourced, high-purity raw materials — including Zechstein-source magnesium, high-grade bentonite clay, and cold-pressed botanical oils.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Thailand only. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Opened personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. PrimalBasics is 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients except beeswax where noted on individual product pages.

What is the Bio-Active Lipid System™?

It’s our proprietary approach to skincare built on lipids that match your skin’s own structure. Rather than stripping and replacing your skin’s natural barrier (like most cleansers and moisturisers do), our system supports and strengthens it using oils with high oxidative stability and proven biological affinity.

How should I store my PrimalBasics oils?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our oils are selected for high oxidative stability, so they don’t require refrigeration. Keep lids tightly closed after use to preserve freshness.

Is PrimalDent safe to use daily?

Yes. PrimalDent mineral tooth powder is designed for daily use. It contains bentonite clay, hydroxyapatite, and trace minerals that gently clean and remineralise teeth without the fluoride, SLS, or glycerin found in conventional toothpaste.
