PrimalBasics Shipping Policy

Where we ship

PrimalBasics currently ships within Thailand only. We are working toward international availability — see below.

Thailand orders

All Thailand orders are shipped via Kerry Express. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.

Shipping is free on all Thailand orders over THB 250 — which, in practice, covers every product in our range except razor blades ordered on their own. For razor-blade-only orders, a small standard shipping fee is shown at checkout.

International shipping

We are not yet shipping outside Thailand. We are building toward international availability — the Bio-Active Lipid System™ and the full range will be available internationally in the second half of 2026, starting with neighbouring markets in Asia and then, selectively, further.

If you are outside Thailand and would like to be notified when we open in your region, sign up to the newsletter on the home page. We email rarely, and we will tell you honestly when and where we can ship.

Order processing

Orders placed before 3pm Bangkok time (ICT) Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on Thai public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us at orders@primalbasics.com with your order number. We will coordinate a claim with Kerry Express and either reship or refund the order.

Refused or undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect address, we refund the product cost minus any shipping fee incurred both ways. We will contact you to confirm before refunding.
