Shipping policy

PrimalBasics ships from Bangkok to anywhere in Thailand. Orders confirmed before 2pm Bangkok time are dispatched the same business day; orders after 2pm are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery anywhere in Thailand is 1–3 business days via Kerry Express or Flash Express. Free Thailand shipping on orders over THB 250.

 

We ship in a recyclable kraft mailer with minimal packaging and no plastic fillers.

 

International shipping is planned for the second half of 2026. If you are outside Thailand and want to be notified when international shipping goes live, please email hello@primalbasics.com.
