Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

 

How to start a return

 

Contact us at hello@primalbasics.com with your order number. If approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label. Returns should be sent to:

Return shipping is free — we provide the return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

 

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. We will make it right.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Bank or card processing can take additional time.

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

 

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements apply (unopened, unused, original packaging).
