PrimalBasics is primarily a direct-to-consumer brand, and the full range is only available on this site. A small number of carefully chosen natural-products retail partners carry parts of the range in person — currently six in Bangkok and two in Phuket, with more coming as we expand.
Two honest notes about that:
- None of our in-person retail partners carry the full product portfolio. If you are looking for a specific product and want to try it at a counter before buying, email us and we will tell you which partner currently has it in stock. Our full range is always available on this site.
- We pick these partners slowly. The shops below are genuinely aligned with the kind of ingredient discipline we care about — they were curating natural products before PrimalBasics existed, and they know what to look for on a label.
